The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I would just like to ask i tried to call in tow truck but nothing showed up or anything do i need a mod for that so it would work on police radio and also tried to call backup through police radio but didn't work like the tow truck

Are you right next to the vehicle your trying to tow?
Are you in your vehicle, behind the suspect while you request backup?

For tow truck be close and pointing towards the vehicle. for K9 and/or Backup make sure you are in your vehicle and very close behind the vehicle you are calling for.
