PLEASE READ TO UNDERSTAND THE UNDERLYING ISSUES. I THANK ALL FOR THEIR TIME AND EFFORT TO HELP ME OR ANYONE OUT THERE EXPERIENCING THIS ISSUE. I'VE SEEN A LOT OF PEOPLE WITH SIMILAR MISHAPS BUT NO ONE TO HELP OR GUIDE THEM DOWN THE RIGHT PATH. THANK YOU ALL AGAIN. 

 

Alright so I am nearby by done with ever touching GTA V again. I have a Steam Copy of GTA V. I have spent countless hours the past two days to get GTA V with LSDPFR and RageHook to work. NO FREAKING LUCK. The RageHook launches successfully and the game starts up. When I start in-game the ragehook seems to not be present because F4 doesn't work, neither does LSPDFR. I have unblocked all files, removed the "Read Only", allowed Full Control to all users, Launched RageHook as an Administrator. LSPDFR does not start as well. I have pressed multiple keys people suggested to me: F3, F4, E, drove to Police Precincts. I have unblocked the main files in the main directory, NO LUCK. I have gone through countless articles and 7 videos and all the tutorials are horrific. Instead of showing how to install both files from scratch they just state "if you put this file in here, the file should look like this". LOL, that's not really a tutorial. I am utterly frustrated with this I have also tried older versions of RageHook no luck. Now after all this Cosa Nostra, Now I am unable to access GTA Online whatsoever even through Steam. I honestly am very disappointed as 4 hours for the past three days on my off time I have been trying to fix this issue. I cannot find any help anywhere and this is really my final attempt. Whats confusing is that if you install LSPDFR in the GTA V main directory then want to install RageHook, they both contain the same files, so do I replace them or what? Can someone guide me into installing this correctly? I really don't see what I am doing wrong?

 

1.) Can someone please offer me some advice/tips/suggestions/etc on how to fix the issue between the RageHook and LSPDFR situation?

2.) And now what can I do to play GTA Online Independently on the original game file through Steam because it says "Online Currently Unavailable"(NOT A SERVER OR INTERNET CONNECTION ISSUE).

If i haven't explained thoroughly enough I will have no problem going in depth with this frustrating process. GTA IV is so much easier to mod, I just can't believe that this seems to be so complicated, hoping it is a simple fix, highly doubt it. AGAIN THANK YOU ALL.

GRAMMATICAL ERROR

The best thing to do is if you've been messing around with files here and there and you don't know what's wrong just delete everything and download clean gta through steam again and start fresh, install 1 mod at a time in case you've downloaded something previously that you thought was fine but has corrupted the game, install gta v then lspdfr & ragehook and go from there? 

Me and you are having the same problem, I mean mine isn't as bad but it's close to yours. For the online issue, you can't have ANY mods in your folder.

@ Mrj4k3 Ok so what I do is, which is what I did with GTA IV when I mod it is I copy all the files of GTA V(x86\Steam\Steamapps\common\GTA V, I copy all the files there and make my own folder titled: x86\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\ GTA V Copy 1. I make two or three copies of this and then for example I will install LSPDFR first and drop that in the Main Directory where GTA V Launcher aka exe is located. Then I install and Drop RageHook into the GTA V Copy 1 folder. What is weird is that LSPDFR and RageHook contain the same titled files that go into the main directory so it prompts the option 'replace files in folder" and I click no because then the LSPDFR files will be replace with the RageHook files. I then launch the game as Admin and YES the RageHook launches and successfully launches the game. Once In game "BAM" nothing works no F4 no LSPDFR and No RageHook emblem in top right corner and no notification in top right corner. After countless attempts I quit and went back to my Original Steam Copy that hasn't been touched to play online. The Social Club says I signed in but when the game starts up and after the flashing strobe lights intro passes it says "Signed into Social Club; Offline. Now I have tried giving it to all users, disabling outbound connection in Firewalls, deleting the Social Club File, NOTHING. Seems that RageHook does not allow any copy of GTA V to launch. I have no clue what to do I cannot uninstall RageHook so had no choice but to delete everything and now in the process of re installing once more GTA V. IF it doesn't work im just going to have to ask for a refund from steam because this is unbelievable. I mean Rockstar and Steam state there open to modding yet we have to freaking go through all these procedures and checks just to get on the game let alone try to get mods working, meanwhile all those cheapskates are downloading pirate versions of the game with no blocks, etc on their game free to do what they wish. It's such an horrific experience playing GTA V on PC. I've modded and added textures to GTA IV with LCPDFR, Vehicles, Callouts, Towing, EMS Mod, Sirens, ENB, Textures, etc and also complicated yet much easier. With this its like I have to bypass a freaking government firewall I mean its such a pitiful experience.  

@aidanc88 If you read my reply to @Mrj4k3  I don't have any MODS in my original Steam Copy and tried playing online but it signs in successfully before game launch and after the lights and siren intro screen it states Signed in Social Club: Offline. I've tried many solutions and I'm currently re-installing the game after deleting any remnants of what I've done before. If this doesn't work I will be asking for a refund through Steam as I wish not to deal with this BS. I'm off Two days a week and have only a few hours a day to play and those hours I spent trying to get the mods and then the game to work. It shouldn't have to be this complicated. 

So when you run Ragehook, it's using a different folder name as the original one?

When installing I see the folder where the Original Steam and the Copy of GTA V I made seems to be conflicting.
