You'll want to complete the first missions atleast (until you can freeroam).

I mean like the Police Version. All I've seen in YouTube is just the countryside.

LSPDFR is not a game. It's a script that hooks into GTA V. What you can see, go and travel to in GTA V is possible with LSPDFR.
