handling issue

where abouts in the vehicle handling line would i need to change in order to drop the rearend to make this truck sit level, the rear of the truck sits higher then normal, i have been fighting this to drop it down to the normal level, yet cant figure out the handling line, the current handling line i have for this truck is the following,

is my handling line i am also using the steed spot for the truck if that makes any differance, anyhelp would be greatly appreciated
