The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Everytime I try and load any new plugins on GTA V after installing the latest Rage Hook. All the plugins crash. Including LSPDFR.

Get the previous version of Rage then.
