The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

RAGE plugin console/LSPDFR not loading

Featured Replies

Hi. I have tried searching and replying to other topics similar to the problem I'm having, as well as checking RAGE's support forums. I have not been able to find any useful advice, so I will have to resort to starting a new thread. There are so many different solutions I have tried that I can't keep track to say every single one, so if someone can just evaluate this from the beginning, I would appreciate it very much.

LSPDFR 0.2b - not sure which version of RAGE. Whichever one comes with the LSPDFR download folder. (I used the .zip)

System Specs:

- ASUS G10AJ

- OS: Windows 10 home 64-bit build 10240

- CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60 GHz, 4 cores, 8 logical processors

- GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 (for desktop) & NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 (for gaming)

I unfortunately do not know where to find the RAGEPluginHook.log file to post here, as it was not in the root GTA 5 directory. If someone could tell me where it is, I will post it.

There is one more thing - I have modded a BACKUP of the original steam game folder. I would like to keep the vanilla separate just in case. I have putting the backup in the same steamapps>common folder as the original, and I have also tried putting it in a different location.

A couple of things I can remember trying:

- Turning off UAC

- installing and deleting ScripthookV.dll

- deleting 'dinput8.dll' from the directory and installing the two files from the OpenIV ASI manager

Thanks.

I'm having the same issue after the recent 75mb update. I haven't disabled automatic updates for the game, it just never crossed my mind. I think that may have something to do with it though, even though I also have two separate directories for the game.

Was that update the 2nd one after ill gotten gains part 2? I know the 1st one after fixed the performance problems, and then there was another update. I guess it was that one. Is there any way I can roll back to a previous update? And how do you disable automatic updates? It looks to me like Steam took away the option. Now you can only pick between, "update this game any time" or "only update this game when I launch it"

I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have this problem with LSPDFR 0.1 - 0.1 worked fine back when I tried it about 1-2 months ago. I just wish there was a download link for it! then I could see if it was just the new version or not.
