I was wondering when we will be able to change the light bars from what the game has started us out with. So we can change them from red and blue to all blue, all red, different colors such as green or yellow or what ever we want.  Even the light bar them selfs, like we were able to in GTA IV.

I believe that's possible, i know there is a screenshot floating around of an all-blue lightbar, and there is one of an edited lightbar with orange sections. So it's possible.. how you do it though, i have no idea.

See i would like to give my thoughts of a car layout to someone who could do it for LSPD and post it on here for everyone. There is only 3-4 vehicles I want done. I would also like to be able to change the whole departments vehicles so they are all like the players vehicle. It would make it more uniformed.

Put your ideas in a topic here - http://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/forum/891-suggestions-requests/ as there's no RL car models around to work on, most modelers are working with stock cars.. so your request might get noticed and made =)
