When I arrest someone...(i dont really know how to..) the script tells me to "Go to the police station." I do, i get out, go in the checkpoint, and it loads, but never goes off the loading screen, and crashes. I also have other bugs with this game, but that is the big issue.

go look at TROUBLESHOOTING LCPDFR and olanov....have i not stated before over 4 dozen times, that it MIGHT be there?

Aite, well I think i have a asi loader lol im not sure, ive downloaded them into the installation folder so im good.
