Also, This sounds like an issue with your handling.dat and your vehicles.ide, I had this issue with the pol pat, I tried to fix it but in the end I had to re validate my game cache on steam and it fixed it.

Also, This sounds like an issue with your handling.dat and your vehicles.ide, I had this issue with the pol pat, I tried to fix it but in the end I had to re validate my game cache on steam and it fixed it.
