GTA 4 Oracle Going Crazy

I'm having a bug... my oracle will begin floating in mid air, without wheels. What do I do?

Also, This sounds like an issue with your handling.dat and your vehicles.ide, I had this issue with the pol pat, I tried to fix it but in the end I had to re validate my game cache on steam and it fixed it.

Even though that I havnt touched my handling file in ages? O.o
