We don't have an LSPDFR 1.1, what you might be referring to is our GTA IV mod LCPDFR as that release is LCPDFR 1.1. if you're wanting LSPDFR for Grand Theft Auto 5 then follow the link Adzie provided and it'll take you to the download page.
