Odd texture loss issues.

I know, another one of these threads. I've never had much of a problem with texture loss. For the last 6 months I could toss anything in my game and never experience it. The last week I've been getting it REALLY bad. Can't play for more than a minute or two without mass texture loss. I've narrowed it down to traffic flow, and or traffic load (I think). If that's the problem, then the solution would be easy right? just remove them. What I can't wrap my mind around, is why it worked for 6 months and now for the last week or so, it's been giving me texture loss. The only thing that really changed on my PC, was upgrading to windows 10, but could that even cause that?  

I get that GTA IV and mods don't exactly go well together, what I don't get is why I never had a problem for 6+ months and Now I can't even play lcpdfr for 5 minutes without texture loss.

Any help, or info is welcomed as I'm pretty much ready to give up on gta iv.
