The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hy! My idea is place a police station to the Fort Zancudo Army Base and you can there join as a soldier and if you choose the hydra you get extra callouts like take down a Smuggler Plane/Heli take down red flagged plane (Prison Break Heist) and other callouts

    On a more serious note, this will eventually / hopefully occur. There's already some new ped models  / overhauls and whatnot that would fit in, too.
