I'm wondering if it would be possible for someone to create a police car/ped model for a University of San Andreas Police Department. It would be cool to role play a university officer that patrols the campus/properties of ULSA and the surrounding neighborhoods. The car and uniform could be modeled after the University of California Police Department. And, just like the real UCPD, the 'USAPD' would technically have state wide jurisdiction.

    I'm glad someone else is looking for this too!  I hope eventually someone creates a model/skin for it too.
