Problem with cars in GTA V.

I added a few new mods with OpenIV for the first time today, and started my game up.

Everything runs fine, no crashes or errors but there is something that bothers me.

When in a car, if I hold down the honk key (G for me) I can hear a sound of some gears changing or locking in place and what happens is that the car basically locks in place. I can't accelerate or go backwards, the car is just stuck in place but the engine still runs. I hold down G again and it unlocks.

I can't seem to find this feature in any of the mods I've got.

Does anyone know what mod could cause this and how do I disable it?

Do you have Lt.Caine's Player Location Display? It's a ScriptHook mod, so you may have overlooked it. It has a parking brake feature which is bound to G:

[ CONTROL ]
TogglePark = 71

If so, to disable this, go into the PLD.ini in your main directory and change this to off:

[ GENERAL ]
ParkingMode = off

Thanks, I do have the mod and that was it! I wouldn't of have thought that mod had a feature like that.
