So everything has been working fine until today. I decided to update my windows 8.1 to windows 10 and immediately after the update i ran GTA (ofc :P), but i was playing for a while and i wanted to do some license and ID checks. I first ran an ID check and it was fine then i typed in the license plate and hit enter and rage hook crashed. If anyone could help me idk what to do and how could Windows possibly affect this? I will be thankful to everyone who can help me.
