GTA V Crash

Hi, I have bought the steam version of GTA V, I got it up and going and when I launch the RagePluginHook I keep getting a message like this after I try to load GTA V after it crashes on me.. Could not load file or assembly 'SlimDX.dll' or one of it's dependencies. The Specified module could not be found. I checked and everything seems to be working fine other than that. If you can help me out please message me on FB I also have Team Viewer installed.

I have uninstalled the game, uninstalled windows 8.1 re-installed everything from scratch. I downloaded the Zip File and Extracted it into the GTA V Main Directory Game runs fine just have a issue when running SlimDX.dll I tried doing a DLL driver fix still nothing.  I am not sure what else to do.

If you need anything else let me know. I've done everything that I could think of to do and followed your steps like you said but I just can't think of anything else to do. 

Thank you again for your help. Also one more thing. I am not running any plugins at this time. My mains concern is just getting LSPDFR to work.

Needed to add RagePluginHook Log.

Go into your GTA Directory, right click on SlimDX.dll - go to properties and if it's blocked, unblock it (it should give you an option to unblock it), also make sure you're running RPH as Administrator.

RPH is in Admin and SlimDX.dll is unblocked.  Also I can't access the Command loader by pressing F4 Nothing happens.

Sweet, thank you very much. Can I use any trainer or does it have to be a certain one?

Sorry one more question, also does it matter where I am at in the game as far as mission's go? Sorry just want to get all this out of the way Lol Thank you again for your help :) Really appreciate it.

The Progress of the game doesn't matter, as long as you've done the first mission which it makes you do, you can go into the game, head to the station and then go out on patrol.

Thank you, I tried adding new callout's but LCPDFR keeps shutting down and I can't open the Command loader, do I need to post a new ticket?

I mean LSPDFR Sorry.
