Information Menu Not Popping Up

While on a traffic stop, I asked for the subjects ID but no name pops up above the radar/mini map. Same with callouts the type of call box does not come up. How do I fix this problem?

Go into options and turn notifications on, if you have them turned off then that information won't come up as LSPDFR uses the notification system that Rockstar Games created.

Phone notifications I believe, to be specific.

Thanks, that was the problem. Had the phone notification off.
