Just a brief rundown as I will get to the point.

Was having so many issues with SHIFT key crash and also not just that but Random crashes, my F4 key would bring up Ragehook no problems while all the crashing stuff would happen. Not not to mislead you, but the crashing happened randomly.   I did have about 10 modifications to LSPDFR and I was running all the latest everything.  But since I had so many and it would have taken hours to troubleshoot one by one I decided to do the drastic and Completely uninstall GTA V off my PC.   Started up GTA V and noticed that my save games were still there as well. . So I deleted those again, and REDOWNLOADED yep did it again.  So another hour.   I have since redownloaded, played a bit.  Played perfect no problems at all.  

Then I reinstalled LSPDFR 0.2b with the latest Ragehook by itself,  it installed fine.  I played for about 30 minutes, no problems.  I installed one Plugin called More Jail Points.  Played a bit, then I got one LSPDFR crash.  Ok thinking I may have found the problem, I uninstalled the plugin, it plays well for 15 min.  I reinstall the Plugin and its fine for 3 hours. I can pull over people with SHIFT (Although it does kinda studder, does everyone else get that slight pause feeling?) Game still works perfectly fine. 

I press F4 usually I use this to repair my vehicle or sometimes to load a plugin etc.  however, I noticed for the first time that the F4 key is not bringing up console.  I Reinstalled LSPDFR 0.2b and Ragehook agian, same thing.

I then start to investigate and realized that maybe I needed the Scripthook V installed, also I use this to spawn a new vehicle if mine ended up upside down, or undrivable.  I press F4, it would bring up Scripthook V but no Ragehook console. 

I then tried to do what others have suggested and start GTA V up in steam, while in game go back  and start up Ragehook,  once again Ragehook works fine guys, but the F4 is not bringing up the console.   I do not have anything blocking this folder or the exe as well. 

One last thing after playing a bit, I do notice that I lose the ability to arrest people, meaning that perps are not subject to Pressing E at gunpoint, but I still get calls? Something is not right.

Any help would be appreciated.
