My car mod didn't work propely, how do i fix it?

Hey guys, so I downloaded a car mod and used SparkIV for it and did what you would usually do for a car mod.

So I went on GTA 4 and went to the car, but then, well... it turned out to be like this:

I have no idea how to fix it, so does anyone know how to fix this? Sorry for the noob question.
