So I'm in the final stages of converting a car over from Mafia II.

 

However, in-game it seems like the shaders are messed up or something. (Video for reference)

 

 

I've tried everything I can think of so I'm hoping that someone knows the fix.

I've remapped the wheels multiple times and I've made sure that the material shader is set to 'tire'

 

This has happened to me once before when I was changing tires on a truck but I couldn't fix it then either.

Any help would be appreciated and I can supply more info if needed.
