Once again I am back and this time with a new problem.  When I launch GTA V and Rage Plugin Hook, Rage Plugin Hook just dissapears and it does nothing.  When the game loads I see no icons for the police stations, and when I press 'F4' it does nothing.  Now, while I was running it the first time, I started up the task manager and Rage plugin Hook was not listed on a process working.  Now I have not gotten it to work yet.  Any idea's?  I would appreciate any help.  Thank you.

As a general rule of thumb, it's better to look through the forums for your answer before posting. There are 2 posts below yours that deal with the same issue.

I already looked at his posting, and a few others, and did everything everybody suggested but it still doesn't work.  I'm hoping that the right person will come along and maybe help me, as well as them, out with our problems.

The only problem I know of is Rage Plugin Hook is not working.  If I could get it to work then maybe my problems will all be over.

Be sure to follow the instructions on that post carefully. Make sure your on a clean install of GTA V (Very important.)  Run Ragehook with Administrator privileges. 

If you skip any steps, it won't work. 

What do you mean by clean install of GTA V?

I am already running RageHook as administrator.

Might I also mention too that when I just ran GTA again and RageHook, I activated the task manager and it showed that both were running, but when I pressed 'F4' nothing happened.

So have u tried to uninsall the game and install it again in different drive and Download the RAGE PLUGIN HOOK From this site http://ragepluginhook.net/

and download latest Version and Run The RAGE PLUGIN HOOK and U must Install this 

 

• Script Hook V (Alexander Blade)
• Community Script Hook V .NET
• GTALua
• RAGE Plugin Hook

 

U MUST RUN THE RAGE PLUGIN HOOK AS ADMINSTARTOR

Woah, uninstalling the game and reinstalling is a tad bit much of a fix isn't it?   I mean its not a small game, but sure that could work as well if you have about 30 minutes to uninstall and reinstall.  Then you have to sort out which plugin is giving you the problems....  I am starting to see a trend that steered me away from LCPDFR with too many crashes to mention.   This latest install 0.2b has a lot of crashes.  Appears I am not the only one.

Actually, all he needs is .NET Framework and Ragehook, the other stuff is not necessary. In most cases, it ends up just causing issues. 

Alright I do have one question that might sort out the problems I am having.  On the readme for Rage Hook, it says to put everything into the game folder.  Well which game folder does it go in?  I put Rage Hook, assuming this is what I had to do, in the LSPDFR folder.  Am I not supposed to do this?

Also for a side note for KiroAyman, my internet speed is VERY slow.  It took me 3 and a half days to install GTA V off steam.  I would rather NOT reinstall it if I don't have to.

The same folder that has your GTA5.exe 

The GTA5.exe, if I'm looking at it right, is in the main directory.  So I should leave RagePluginHook in the GTA5 directory?

Good news guys, I somehow managed to get the game and LSPDFR to work.  I was able to play it for over 2 hours without it crashing once.  I don't know what I did but it runs like its brand new.

Still crashing on me, with SHIFT key now.  Can we get some help here please
