The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Thats usually a corrupted save file problem.  You have to start a new game or get a new save file.  I have had to do that twice since the game came out.

I'm having the same problem it says RPH loaded but the game just keeps loading. I'm sure i have everything up to date.
