hi guys,

i checked out the forum but i couldnt find any solution about my problem. i wanted to install a texture 

and i also followed the instructions with using open4 and so on. but if i replace the files in edit mode and wanna run the game after it, then it start a download of some MB and the changed file is replaced. this dlc data is not anymore 103mb (like the download ) its changed into the origina 63mb....

i tryed it with and without the open4. so just copy paste for example but its always the same problem.

 

i could read in the comments below that this texture pack is working by many guys. so i guess that im probably a bit unable to find my wrong turn. could somebody tell me what im might doing wrong : /

This is a common issue, It's replacing your modded file with the original to stop you from using it online. there is a fix.

thanks for the advice. i checked out ur link but this quick clicking is a bit to fast for me. i cant follow this video so good. i also tryed to find some several help in internet but nothing what could bring me ahead of the problem : /

It's just a sped up video of what's written in the steps (above the pictures) if you follow the writing you should be fine, if not i'll write out a step-by-step post on how to do it =)

i found the right way for edit the files. thanks again for ur help : )
