Hello I downloaded LCPDFR today and I started the game up no crash or anything, So I click ALT+P and didn't start or nothing so I tried searching on youtube for a solution but found nothing.Ive also deleted Microsoft c++ x64 and disabled Norton antivirus also tried both way Manuel download and automatic still nothing please help Ive tried everything.

What version are you running, also can your run the Diagnostic Tool and take a screenshot of the results?

ok, Can you run the diagnostic tool (should be located in your GTA 4 directory), that'll tell you if you're missing anything (use the snipping tool to screenshot it). Also download and install these:

Hello. I have the same problem on EFLC 1.1.2.0. I have all .net frameworks (3.5, 4.0 and 4.5). The game ain't crashing but nothing happens.

Upload a screenshot of your directory, your LCPDFR logs, list of what mods you have installed (if any) and make sure you've downloaded and installed the things i linked above.

Solved. I reinstalled all files, there was a problem with bitrate. I had installed C++ x32 on x64 system. The same was with MSVC files. :D
Now crashed after 5 mins beeing on duty.

cant even download it says its a bad file, ( harmful to my computer )    could we get a real download for it ? one that is not a virus?

your anti-virus software is giving it a false-positive (which is normal amongst AV programs), just adjust your security settings/allow it to download and you'll be fine. if you're still not satisifed and think it's a virus then you don't have to use the mod =)
