Hi, ive always had gtaiv crashes. I always get the Seculauncher error on startup and then after i sometimes fix that i get the GTAIV has stopped working. Right now i get the SECULAUNCHER error but after that i will most likely get the GTAIV has stopped working error.

ELS v8.5

VDH Tow Service

VDH Police Helper

VDH Medical Examiner (Coroner) 

Sparkz ENB

and a bunch of car mods, gun mods, and ped mods.

    I can't explain the seculauncher problem, but i can explain the crashing.. It's alllllll your mods, GTA IV was poorly optimized for PC so putting mods in it is going to make it even more unstable, especially when it's high-poly car mods. Limit the amount of mods you have, it won't fix the crashing so it's gone for good, but it will reduce the amount of times you crash.

    didn't we try to help you with that problem on your forum you posted earlier today?

    Yeah, Windows is great… I used it to download Linux.
