The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Is it just me, or are other peoples traffic stops rarely normal. Like, I always get someone to run from me. This doesn't always happen, but most stops it does.
