Hey, I know that you might get alot of these but I got an error Seculauncher failed to start application 2000

Ok. Now it says The ordinal 42 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Filex (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV Episodes from Liberty City\EFLC\xlive.dll

 

I forgot to mention I am on EFLC

Download and install these.

If that doesn't work, then have a look through the Knowledgebase and see if you kind find a solution (i know that there have been a few people with this problem throughout the release of LCPDFR) 

Yeah just download all of those and maybe you should reinstall LCPDFR and make sure you have dsound.dll instead of xlive.dll because it's more stable. But another question could be, do you have xlive.dll in your directory?
