Hello, I just did a fresh reinstall of LCPDFR for the third time. Each time, F4 works the initial time when no plugins are installed, but after I install plugins F4 stops working when reopening the game. Looking in the logs, it seems like ragehook and lcpdfr are both initializing correctly. Has anyone experienced this or know how to fix the issue?

I've had the same issue, I keep replacing the files with my backup each time so far.. Hope someone knows the solution.

What plugins are you using? Are they the most up-to-date version? And are you reinstalling the most current version of LSPDFR and RageHook?

Yes I've reinstalled the newest version of LSPDFR and RageHook. I'm running CalloutsV, EntityPersist, MoreControlIV, OverlayAway, PoliceRadio, Spotlight, and VehicleSearch, but none of them are set to open on their own - I have to go into console F4 and manually load each one I want.

Are we the same person? Because I literally am having the same exact problem. Everything is up-to-date. It's upsetting because I can't use any of the amazing plugins that people are coming up with.

Also, plugins such as "spotlight" and "policeradio" do not work for me. Callout plugins, however, do.

Is your startup.rphs correct? 

It should ideally look like this:

[Miscellaneous]
PluginTimeoutThreshold=60000
ConsoleKey=F4
AlwaysShowConsoleOutput=False
IsDeveloperModeEnabled=False
WarnOnPluginLoad=false
ShowOnScreenWarnings=True
LoadPlugin "LSPD First Response.dll"
 

With every additional plugin you have looking like:

LoadPlugin "[Insert plugin.dll]"

I imagine that's why these plugins aren't working? What do I do?

After reconfiguring my startup.rphs to this:

All plugins work, except LSPDFR (Crashes on start up of story mode. I can still see police stations on map, but can not enter or interact with them), and the console still does not appear when I press F4.

 

 

NEW POST:

The console appears fine. The only issue I am left with is that LSPDFR crashes on start up of story mode. If I try and load it again via the console, it just crashes immediately.

 

NEW POST: I was able to resolve the issue. It was due to one of my other plugins. Thanks!

Thanks a bunch! I wasn't aware that both the ragehook ini and startup.rphs needed to have this in it, but they do now and it works.
