When I try to start the Plugin I get an error message saying "Failed to find MSVCR110.dll. Please (re) install all the associated redist/framework" 

Please help :(

Ok so I fixed this issue, but now when I try an launch the plugin it crashes immediately 

I am a bit late but I think you need try to download the missing file one more time. Try from here http://fix4dll.com/msvcp110_dll and don't forget to choose the right version of Windows (32 or 74 bit). Copy it to the needed folder and reboot the computer.

Do the above if you have a good antivirus, most dll's from random websites are viruses.

I believe that file comes with this from the microsoft website.

It's a reliable site I checked. Antivirus U need in any case. But there is no viruses. 

I generally wouldn't go onto some random dll website and download it, perhaps the microsoft redistributable contains something else needed?
