Everything in LSPDFR works except for pressing F4. Every time I press F4 nothing pops up therefore, I can not repair my vehicle.

I have the same problem currently, one thing I noticed is that in the Rage configurable notepad file, there is nothing written. This is the same for both the version provide with LSPDFR and from the RHP site. This could be why f4 is not working. IDK for sure though.

Another problem I found was that every time I use the stun gun on a perp it doesn't let me arrest them instead they end up doing the animation then standing back up like a statue.

ok well there is no way apparently to dowload 0.2 beta (not 2a) i cant find it anywhere in the forums downloads section. That is apparently what I need just to get the .ini file to make the console work from what I read in the forum post u linked

Not sure what you mean? This Is RAGE HOOKs .ini file that you need to open. that is included with LSPFR

i mean that I do not have a file that ends with the .ini extension. also, I have tried writting

 lines of script from that post that was linked  in the notepad file with the little gear picture on it and it has not solved the issue either. 

I just found out that my rage hook is actually crashing on startup, although it allows me to continue playing gta v unless I tab out in which case gta v crashes as well.

Hmm seems like something is really conflicting with the Rage hook plug in. Looks like you may need to head over to their forum sight man.

i have a "mods" folder, could this possibly be conflicting with it? 

ALSO the rage forums suck so much. Terrible refresh rates and no recent posts or active discussions regarding similar issue, lel

I know man.. you have to click a link to a forum post.. go make dinner... eat dinner.. take a shower... take a nap .... then it should be open. But the moderators here request that you deal with Rage Hook there.

 

I have seen the Mods folder option.. Honestly that may have something to do with it.. what I do is just put the mods in to the game directory, BUT then I copy the same files into a mods folder on my desktop. That way if I ever need to delete them.. I just go down the list.

For some reason, My rage hook config file did not say ConsoleKey=F4; however, at the same time, the file LMS.common.dll in my plugins folder was causing issues where it was at so I moved it from the plugins folder to the main root directory, and finally everything worked correctly.

For some reason, as long as the LMS file was in the plugins folder with ConsoleKey=F4 in the config file at the same time, the rage console would work but LSPDFR would crash on starting story mode. Once I moved LMS everything worked fine together, I have no idea why, it just did, lel.

Ya, mods are very picky man. I have run into a good amount of people now who's Rage config file is missing that extra info... not sure why
