Don't do a clean install, it does nothing. I've done it twice. Just download the latest RPH and drag all but the first and second folder into your GTA 5 directory. Then it will work 100% :D

Get it here  Script Hook V 1.0.335.2-1.0.393.4  

The download is to the bottom right.  Just throw all the files into your main GTA V folder.   Get the new Ragehook as mentioned above.

Hmmm, still getting crashes from LSPDFR and Police Radio.  Something is a miss here I think.
