I cannot download the newest update because Firefox blocks the download after downloading and says that there is maybe a virus or spyware.

Why is this happening ?

Just allow the download through, i'm not too sure how on Firefox, google it.

If you don't trust the file, you don't need to use it.

Press CTRL + J. Right click the LSPDFR 0.2a file. Click unblock. Click unblock again on the pop up. This should unblock the file so you can continue the install.
