The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

No one can guarantee that the different scripthooks work together. You'll have to ask over on the RageHook forums if there is any fix for this, however.

Here's a tutorial that worked perfect for me to install LSPDFR & several mods to get started.

Be aware, I also had this problem after updating to LSPDFR 0.2a. I recommend LSPDFR 0.2 and the mods Jeff has listed in the description, as some mods/plugins may not yet be compatible with the new version of LSPDFR. Although im not sure, I hope this helps.
