The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing this bug.  I can only stop and identify, issue citations, etc to people when I am in third person mode.  Kind of a pain when I play only in first person.  Wanted to let you guys know in case I'm the first one to report it.

Everyone has this, it's not really a bug, it's something the modders are working on for it to work, and if you read the documentation you can see that you can NOT interact with peds in first person, they are working on this. So whenever you want to interact with a ped, you'll need to go into 3rd person and when done with them go back into first person. It bothers me too, but it doesn't take so much time to press V, now does it? :D
