The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

This is a major fix! You MUST fully uninstall GTAV and all of its components and reinstall GTAV again! Sorry about that but it's the only fix.
