finally after days and days ive tried some of the fixes around and they dident work for me..this one does hope it works for you also . but if all yor plugins work bar POLICE RADIO I found out you can do everything there is just no radio pop up. you can check plate by pressing dpad left then press a .. it does work just have to know were all the buttons  are ..anyway for the FIX

create a mods folder put into directory were exe and all folders are.

copy update folder and x64 folder and put into mods folder and that's it

let me know if it works for you also... hopefully cheers

lspd.02a just come out I put that in now it wont work again????

Is your problem with 0.2 or 0.2a. Im having the same issue i believe. Ragehook UI is not showing up just the game pausing and finkone's police radio works but is invisible. 0.2 worked fine for me, once I installed 0.2a it did this.

I had problems with .2 and fixed it with my above post

but now .2a does the same thing but can't fix this time
