Does annyone know if there is a way to re spawn police vehicles..if they get damaged or when you die. Also is there a way to repair them? In addition to my question i been wondering if you get in a shoot out is there a way to call for an ambulance or a coroner of some sort to clean the bodies?

for spawning vehicles, Yes, through RageHook you can spawn vehicles per: "Spawn <vehicle>"

As for repairing them? simply use the health/armor Cheat, open your phone and call this number: "1-999-887853"

use simple trainer to repair and spawn cars / use FinKone radio to call to coroner.

Spawning and repairing can be done through the RageHook, F4. Type in "Spawn [vehicle]" to spawn, and "repair" to repair your vehicle. Or, as Zarezhu said, the simple trainer works as well.

Simple trainer is quicker IMO, but Ragehook gives you a lot more to work with if you know what to look for.
