Make sure to put it in the update folder instead of the x64e folder.

the location is gta root folder/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

Also, IF you made a "mods" folder, be sure to use the update folder inside that and not the regular games path.

If you have no idea what Im talking about I'll assume you didnt do this, you don't have to but some people make a copy of the games files and leaves the main copy alone so any changes you make wont get erased when the game gets patched.

Thats almost fixed it. Now most of them have the texture. Still police3 I believe is still showing up as the stock one.

I herd about its. Could you point me in the right direction on how I could make a mod folder ?
