Can't download lspdfr 0.2

I'm trying to download the new version but it says:

Lspdfr May affect the browsing experience so CHROME blocked it

 

I turned off my antivirus
I turned off the windows fire protection

 

anything else?

FIX:  At the very bottom of this red warning page there is a link, click that to proceed through the warning.  It will download the file.

FIX:  At the very bottom of this red warning page there is a link, click that to proceed through the warning.  It will download the file.

That's not the fix, I did that and after it download it says what I wrote..

 

The fix:

Go here: http://prntscr.com/7t0dmn

By saying "here" I mean click on that 3 stripes

then click on "settings" -> Show advanced options -> look up at "Private" category to "Turn on protection against malware" turn it off.

 

that's it ! :)
