The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So I installed newest version of RageHook and got my game working(after the Ill gotten gains pt 2 it didn't work before the update it did) and now I can play like 10minutes and LSPD:FR plugin crashes, and I have to reload the Plugin, it is annoying because I have to go back to station and it usually happens when Im about to pull someone over

I would suggest you post your log information so someone can see exactly what is causing the crash, also post any specs that might be relevant.
