I still can't get this to run. I keep getting the  EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION and I have tried just about everything. I have left a few threads in the RageHook forums but it looks like they will not answer, which is a shame. I will update to windows 10 next week and try my luck. Unfortunately if that doesn't work it looks like I wont be playing with you all.

Do you have any virus protection such as Norton? That could potentially be removing some files without your knowledge. Also, have you updated to the latest version of Script Hook V?

I have updated LSPDFR, ScriptHookV and Ragehook. I have also started with a fresh copy from Steam. Its a legit version as well. I have unblocked the fires, I have no AV running on this box I also relaxed the Windows firewall, and run as administrator. Not sure what else I could do. 

I have had only one issue with 8.1 and that is my Antivirus was blocking files even after UNBLOCKING them. Definitely make sure you have an exception in your antivirus for the entire game.. or if not, then just LSPDFR

There has to be something that is being missed I mean  I am using the same kind of windows and I am running this with no problem after I got it working. Maybe start a new post with huge caps asking for more help I mean someone has to know what is going on. I wish I could help more but from this pint I am lost.

I wouldn't do Huge caps... Forum moderators seem to dislike that... (speaking from experience)    but man I am not to sure either... 90% of my issue was my computers AnitVirus software... like I said. Try disabling that and starting with a fresh copy of the game.

So I have discovered that if I load the game normally I can use Native trainer to spawn things and change my character. I still cant get lspdfr or ragehook to work. When I launch from rage hook it immediately crashed. Any suggestions?

Well when that happened to me it was my rage hook it was not up to date. So when I did that and put LSPDFR it worked with no problem. But when you install LSPDFR for the first time have no other mods or script hook. Put LSPDFR then put the mods in do you have an iPhone or pad we can FaceTime and I can help u out if no luck.

first thing i would do in this situation is try to run RAGEHOOK only at first, try to just get that part going, then, add in LSPDFR.... if it crashes then, something may be corrupted, or your computer is a little under the weather. I am able to run it fine ( with just one minor bug, eventually fixable ) on windows 8.1. not sure if my Advice is of any use, but tis just what i think should be done .-.

Thanks mmorine001. I will try a clean install however I am going to upgrade this machine to windows 10 in 3 days when it comes out. So ill try a clean install there as well. If not I will attempt to create a windows 7 box as well. I may or may not of a ton of computers. I will keep you guys updated on what I find.

Funny thing is, I am doing the same as well, as the upgrade was free for me, lol.... just hope it is compatible with LSPDFR, but time will see, already saving this OS onto my secondary Hard drive, just in case.

well if the thing is a huge change then is should work just fine really. But good thing you was backing everything up just in case you could always ask in the form and see if the guys at LSPDFR will give you an answer.

Yea I have a copy of 8.1 But I will be getting the upgrade as well. I really want to play so If I still cant get it to work I will be attempting a windows 7 install on a third harddrive. I will post if it works or not. The only thing that I am curious about is my memory. However everything else on this computer is new hence there should not of been any issues. I will keep at it hopefully I can hit the streets with you all soon and start modding as well.
