LSPDFR 0.1e weird error message

Featured Replies

So I've been having this issue with LSPDFR and Ragehook (the current and last update), it has been occurring before the ILL-Gotten update and still is now, something about a weapon not attaching to my player or what not and don't know what to do about it. This bug or whatever has been preventing me from getting the On Patrol message on the left side of the screen, I can choose my uniform and car just fine until I'm outside in the car when the error shows up. I don't know if this is a known bug already or not. I know 0.2 is coming shortly but I would like to know whats causing this. I've removed all my mods, and even reinstalled the game but still get the message. I have unblocked all DLLs and even have downgraded to 0.1d but still nothing happens. I am running on Windows 8.1, don't know if that could be an issue. I have attached a screen to show the message. Thanks in advance
