    -Depends, as .dll files can go anywhere depending on what they do. It's generally stated in the ReadMe included in the file though, so just read that.

    -Again, read the ReadMe. It's simple drag&drop.

    -Some mods require an lua plugin. Again, if mods do, it's generally stated in the ReadMe or on the download page.
