Can someone please try to make me a fire engine (from the 1980's) that looks some-what like one of the two photos below?

 

 

I'm also requesting a custom "HORNS.ivaud" file (if possible, not 100% needed)

I need this to be the wail for it:  Fire Truck Siren Sterling model 30 Sirenlite.mp3

and I need a modern fire-engine air horn with it if possible.

You understand that replacing the sirens im the .ivaud will make the police cars sound the same as the fire truck?

Also good luck finding someone to make that truck, whether it be someone who has one already, can make it from scratch or can convert it.
