Social Club UI has stopped working.

Whenever I launch my game I get a message saying that Social Club UI has crashed. When my game finishes loading it tells me that I cannot play without social club. Below is the error message I get with the Social Club UI has stopped working popup. 

I have tried Uninstalling/reinstalling social club,  Uninstalling/reinstalling GTA V, Installing Microsoft Service Pack 1, Disabling/Re-Enabling Microsoft Net Framework, and Reinstalling Microsoft Net Framework and so far none of these have helped me.
