The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I dragged and dropped the files to the directory but some files just disappear every time I take them out of the zip file (all Mono.Cecil files). This has never happened before. Ever.
