The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Download Rage again and copy them to your game like before...if you install mods or patch your game, I think you need to install RAGE again and run the main .exe so it can UNLOCK any new .dll files.

 

I did this and it works again.
