Please try version 0.11.531.2383 ALPHA of the ragepluginhook.

Verified plugins with its plugin versions can be looked up at: http://www.ragepluginhook.net/VerifiedPlugins.aspx

 I used the 0.11.531.2383 ALPHA of the ragepluginhook  .   and when i show the peds from the call outs they run away when i show them the gun.

Did you hit the E-key while aiming at them? Does your ped say something like "stop police".

These guys usually resist arrest so you got to chase them. Aim atm them and press e when you're close. They don't give up like the random peds on the street.

Face palm how can you arrest someone when you got an invsiable ragehook console and not been able to type load plug in  to load the plug in when you also got key blind problems which again was fixed in the newer v of ragehook. !

In your GTA V Folder should be a startup.rphs. Open it with your notepad. Type the folowing: loadplugin "LSPD First Response.dll".

I attached the startup.rphs for you. Just copy it into your GTA V folder.

No change. Still the same problem with the old rage hook plug in and your file you sent me.

Good to hear. Than it should work in the callouts aswell. These suspects are a bit tricky and won't surrender that easy!

- Clean install without any kind of mods

- Install LSPDFR with the ragehook that came with it

I mean im not the only one with this problem i think you have seen the problem posted on the rage hook forum as well. Just wish the staff here would tell us if this is a bug.

I understand where you're coming from but you only see post of the people who have issues with the hook. There are people out there like me who never had an issue with the ragepluginhook or LSPDFR.

ok i reinstalled LSPDFR and i get the invisible console again. just going have to wait for LSPDFR to come out with a new v.

Not sure why everyone has to type "Loadplugin LSPD First Response.dll"  I have not been typing it at all and I get to the Police Station and press E and all is good. Not one problem.  Maybe you have an old Native Trainer on there that is using the same F4 key?  take Native trainer out and reinstall I would recommend.
