The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Backup menu keeps opening itself on its own

God knows why this happens at all but it's kinda frustrating to deal with. As the title says, the backup menu seems to open itself up but whenever you close it, it will just open itself up again and it's quite annoying. Any solutions? 

Are you using a controller at all? I know the right thumbstick click opens it up. Otherwise, nada. Haven't had this problem happen to me.
